Russell loves Jesus and loves to tell the story about            Jesus to people! He grew up on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies in Paonia, Colorado. He graduated from      Freed-Hardman University in 1979 with a degree in Bible. Before coming to work with the Marion Road Church of Christ, Russell worked with the Richland Road Church of Christ in Marion, Ohio for 34 years, before that, he preached for seven years in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and for four years in Lyles, Tennessee. Russell and his wife, Diane, were married in 1978, and are the parents of two grown children and grandparents to two amazing grandchildren.
